Abstract: 

Introduction: Academic faculty members need to emphasize ETHICAL principles in order to improve higher education, with the understanding of this importance, the current research was conducted with the aim of designing the ETHICAL model of academic faculty members in Iran's higher education. Material & Methods: This research is a type of qualitative study that uses foundational data theory. The participants, including experts and faculty members of the country's public universities, who were responsible for the promotion of academic members, were selected as key informants through a targeted sampling method of 45 people. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The reliability and validity of the data were obtained from the two methods of reviewing the participants and recoding by experts. Data were analyzed by open, central and selective coding. Results: The results showed that the moral model of faculty members in Iran's higher education is explained in 10 main categories and 27 subcategories. Major and core categories in the form of 6 dimensions of causal conditions including (individual factors, organizational factors), core (cultural-educational, educational ethics, research ethics, scientific-executive), background conditions (higher education policies, moral activism), intervening conditions (environmental factors), strategies (micro level-university, macro level-higher education) and consequences (individual and organizational) were elevated to a higher abstract level and finally the research paradigm model was presented. Conclusion: The regulations for the promotion of academic staff members in Iran require a detailed revision of the content with an ETHICAL and qualitative approach in order to make the indicators of the promotion regulations efficient and effective.

Abstract: 

Environment and its conservation is one of the present issues in risky modern life. Although, the present world has been improving during last years, it hasn’t been able to solve environmental problems and it has caused its deterioration. Littering in jungle, seashore, public places and passages is one of the significant environmental issues in society of Iran. The Purpose of the present study is investigation of the reasons of littering formation by the approach of Causal Layered Analyses (CLA) and planning scenario. The present study analyzed the layers forming the present social issue and searched the origin of it. In order to accomplish this study, 15 experts in environment and society were interviewed by Qualitative and exploring method and applying deep interview technique. Then, after exploiting the contents and content analysis of interviews, their opinions presented in 4 forms as litany, systematic, discourse analysis and metaphor. By applying the present discourses, the gap between state-people and people-people were recognized as important variables and were applied in presenting scenario. Finally 4 scenarios presented in a diagram which can help strategists and officials of the society.

Abstract: 

The ETHICAL actions are important because of the priority of the mission goal and their close relationship with social progress and development. Therefore, the purpose of this research is the identification and social analysis of these types of actions among the verses of revelation and it deals with the effect of ETHICAL actions in the production of social capital in the process of progress based on religious teachings and answers these questions based on the Quranic teachings. What impact do ETHICAL actions (BEHAVIOR) have on the formation of social progress? How do moral actions generate social capital and influence progress (development)? What coordinates, examples and dimensions does this group of actions have? What are the effects and consequences of this group of actions? Those actions that are desirable and progressive in the development of social interactions have been socially studied, analyzed and searched by using the inductive content analysis method. Honesty, trustworthiness and fulfillment of an obligation, altruism (Arabic: إیثار, self-sacrifice), asking forgiveness or istighfār (Arabic: استغفار ʾistiġfār), and forgiving others, kindness, non-violence, chastity and purity, patience and honesty and benevolent actions combined with social supervision have been discussed, which lead to sincerity, togetherness, coherence and expansion of social interactions and emotional relationships far from hatred and warm and emotional relationships and as a result, it causes the production of social capital and its improvement and will lead to the density of actions focused on purpose and excellence that are necessary for progress.

Abstract: 

Background Important role of ETHICAL BEHAVIOR in organization, resulted in directing managers and experts to its affecting factors, since analysing the effective factors on ETHICAL BEHAVIOR of EMPLOYEES can improve it at different levels of organization. Therefore, the aim of this study was to analyze the factors that affect on ETHICAL BEHAVIOR of Mashhad Municipality EMPLOYEES. Method In this study, mix method (quality and quantitive) is used that in quantity is thye post hoc research. The study population includes all the EMPLOYEES of Mashhad Municipality in the center and the regions. The samples in the qualitative study, based on purposive sampling include 40 persons and samples in the quantitative study, based on random sampling were 327 persons. In order to gather information, interviews and questionnaires were used. The content analysis was used to analyze the interviews. Confirmatory factor analysis in AMOS was used for analysing data. Results The results show that the factors affecting ETHICAL BEHAVIOR of EMPLOYEES can be in the form of 12 components and 22 variables. By using KMO index and Bartlett's test the appropriate number of data was approved. In order to assess the research model, factor loadings were calculated and since all factor loadings were more than 0. 3 the research model was approved. Conclusion The results of this study show that the factors affecting ETHICAL BEHAVIOR of EMPLOYEES are including: ETHICAL personnel selection, ETHICAL compensation, Empowerment and socialization, Career, ETHICAL Team building, ETHICAL work environment, Organizational Justice, Motivation, Organizational Commitment, ETHICAL leadership style, ETHICAL structure and ETHICAL monitoring.

Abstract: 

Gender socialization, as one of the most basic types of socialization, affects a person's individual and social life, including the stability of his or her marital life. The aim of this study was to explain the relationship between gender socialization and divorce between 178 divorced women and 222 women with emotional divorce, which was conducted by survey method in Bandar Abbas. This study used biological and social theories to explain gender socialization and theories of structural functionalism and the love triangle to explain divorce. In the present study, simple and stratified random sampling proportional to volume was used for women with emotional divorce and chain sampling was used for divorced women. Questionnaire data were collected through interviews and face validity was confirmed through literature review and expert judgment, structural validity was confirmed by factor analysis and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. The results showed that gender socialization of 29.4% of divorced women and 70.6% of women with emotional divorce is traditional, and on the other hand 60.2% of divorced women and 39.8% of women with emotional divorce, Had a modern gender socialization. According to the results of Chi-square test, there is a significant relationship between the type of gender socialization of women, gender values, gender inequality and power relations with the type of divorce. Accordingly, women with emotional divorce have a more traditional outlook than divorced women.

Abstract: 

Background Spirituality in the workplace of important variables affecting justice and ETHICAL BEHAVIOR of EMPLOYEES in an organization، The present study aims to provide a model of causal variables affecting observance of ETHICAL BEHAVIOR among EMPLOYEES. Method The study of the functional purpose، and from the perspective of data collection and data correlation descriptive. The population of the study، 5000 Shiraz Municipality EMPLOYEES. The sample size was determined based on a sample of 356 people to collect data and compilation of Four standard questionnaires is closed. Likert 5-point scale for the scoring. Data using software (lisrel8. 5) were analyzed. Results The results of path analysis showed that the variables of self-organization، organizational justice، And the role of spirituality in the workplace as meaningful work، in line with organizational values and solidarity have had the greatest influence on the observance of ETHICAL BEHAVIOR. Conclusion The findings showed can be done with rules like fairness in the organization، reliable EMPLOYEES to managers and colleagues، The importance of human and spiritual values in the workplace، participation EMPLOYEES in the organization And increase self-esteem، to promote ETHICAL BEHAVIORs lead EMPLOYEES.

Abstract: 

Introduction: ETHICAL leadership is leadership focused on appropriate BEHAVIOR through respect for ethics and values, as well as the rights and dignity of others. ETHICAL leadership can add value to businesses by motivating EMPLOYEES and fulfilling company values. Therefore, the present research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the relationship between ETHICAL leadership and cooperative social responsibility and the moral climate of the organization. Material & Methods: The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this research included all EMPLOYEES of Management and Science University (MSU) in Malaysia. Among them, 200 people were selected as the research sample using a simple random sampling method. A standard questionnaire was used to collect data. The data was analyzed by structural equation modeling method. Results: The results of statistical analysis showed that ETHICAL leadership has a direct and positive effect on cooperative social responsibility and ETHICAL climate. Also, moral climate has a direct and positive effect on cooperative social responsibility. At the same time, ETHICAL leadership has an indirect and positive effect on cooperative social responsibility through the mediation of ETHICAL climate. Conclusion: ETHICAL leadership can affect their social responsibility by inspiring EMPLOYEES to motivate and align with the company's values. The results of this research showed that ETHICAL leadership leads to greater employee satisfaction and collaborative responsibility and leads to the formation of an ETHICAL atmosphere in the organization
